Lior has over 10 years of experience leading major tech projects for Israel’s Ministry of Defense and various startups. After moving to Manhattan in 2010, he gained strong expertise in the US real estate market as a broker and mortgage officer, specializing in NYC.
He analyzes complex real estate investments and works across single- and multi-family markets nationwide, while helping foreign investors secure financing through a trusted broker network. Lior also serves as Director of IT for two major NY companies and uses his tech background to streamline and improve lending workflows.
