When a borrower decides to engage Nadlan Capital Group for their forthcoming mortgage transaction, a dedicated WhatsApp group is established, incorporating the borrower, co-borrower, and the Nadlan Capital Group team. The auctioning process, approximately one week, entails proactive engagement with over 100 lenders to solicit quotes on the subject property.
Throughout this week, the team meticulously curates the best offers, presenting them to the borrower for consideration. Approximately 10 of the most favorable offers are then shared for the borrower's review and selection.
